Social proof

The #1 thing that separates a "good fundraiser" from a "great fundraiser" is social proof. There are three main ways you can get social proof.

1. A warm introduction from a trusted individual in the industry.

2. Testimonials, user traction, and customer endorsements (especially in B2B products).

3. Letting it be known that you are "wanted" by other investors.
